Brad Taylor has spent his career around communication systems and the people who rely on them. With more than 50 years in the telecommunications industry, he has seen technology change many times over and has helped customers adapt through each stage.

Early in his career, Brad worked within the BellSouth and AT&T environment, gaining experience inside large, complex telecommunications operations. That background shaped how he approaches his work today, with a strong focus on reliability, careful planning, and building systems that are designed to last.

In 2013, Brad co-founded Taylor Telecom Solutions to bring that carrier-level mindset to local businesses and organizations. Today at ByLT, he remains closely involved in the work itself. He leads VoIP phone system installations and stays hands-on throughout the process, working directly with customers to ensure systems are designed, installed, and supported the right way from the start.

Brad is known for his steady, thoughtful approach and his attention to detail. He believes communication systems should be built with intention and supported by people who stand behind their work. Based in Roane County, he and his family take pride in serving the same community they call home.

Lance Taylor joined the family business in 2026, bringing a leadership background grounded in operations, people support, and long-term relationship building. Before coming to ByLT, he spent 16 years in higher education, working in roles that combined strategic responsibility with day-to-day operational leadership.

Throughout his career, Lance worked at the intersection of operations, leadership, and people support. He focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness by helping teams and leaders access the tools, structure, and guidance they needed to do their best work.

At ByLT, Lance leads growth efforts and works closely with business owners, administrators, and organizational leaders to understand how their operations function and how communication and technology systems fit into the bigger picture. His role is not about selling products, but about helping customers make clear, confident decisions and ensuring the process feels organized, transparent, and well supported.

Lance is deeply invested in maintaining ByLT's personal, community-first approach as the company grows. He believes strong partnerships are built through trust, clarity, and showing up consistently for customers over the long term.

Teresa Taylor is a co-owner of ByLT and plays a vital role in keeping the business organized, stable, and on solid ground. She oversees the financial and administrative work that supports the company day in and day out, bringing care, consistency, and attention to detail to everything she does.

Teresa's background is rooted in hands-on business ownership. During the years her family owned Browder's Ace Hardware, she was the one running the store, managing day-to-day operations, and keeping the business financially healthy. That experience gave her a practical understanding of what it takes to operate a business responsibly and sustainably.

At ByLT, Teresa applies that same steady approach behind the scenes. Her work ensures the company operates efficiently, decisions are well supported, and the foundation is strong for long-term growth. She believes good businesses are built on trust, organization, and doing things the right way, even when the work isn't always visible.

Based in Roane County, Teresa remains deeply connected to the community and the family values the company was built on.
